Get a fixed price boiler service for just £120

One of our experienced Gas Safe registered service engineers will carry out a full strip down boiler service. Which consists of cleaning out the heat exchanger burner chamber, removing and cleaning the condensate trap, checking and re-charging the expansion vessel, changing any necessary burner gaskets and seals that are required for the boiler service only. All necessary safety checks are carried out to ensure the appliance is left is safe working order. We will also take a sample of the heating system to check for correct inhibitor levels and that the system is clean.

If a leak inside the boiler is found on a boiler service we will issue you with a fixed price repair cost and if we have time we will fix the issue whilst there.

Although great care is taken whilst servicing your boiler it is very rare this could cause a fault. We ask to be informed of any prior issues before attending site as extra charges may apply if a fault is found during the service.

Yes you will receive a gas safety certificate (CP12) upon completion and a full service record is logged on our system for future reference.

Typically a boiler service can take anywhere between 1-2 hours.

If we attend site and we deem the appliance unsafe that needs remedial works we will give you a fixed price to repair, you will not be charged the full boiler service amount. Our standard £89 repair fee will apply, and necessary action will be taken to make safe the appliance until remedial works have taken place and the boiler can then be serviced.

The only parts included on your boiler service is the relevant gaskets needed if anything else is required e.g spark electrodes this will be an extra charge of materials only
